Privacy
This page explains what this website collects, why, and what happens to it. In short, we only keep what you choose to send us, we use it to help with your project, and we never sell it or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Who we are
Karmatecture Studio is Greg Prentice's building design practice, at 75 Pigott St, Dulwich Hill NSW 2203. For anything on this page, email Greg at [email protected] or call 0412 013 627.
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry forms ask for your name, email and phone number, and, depending on the form, the property address and some details about the project. What you send goes to HubSpot, the system Greg uses to keep track of enquiries and clients, and HubSpot emails it to him. HubSpot stores it on servers outside Australia.
Greg uses it to reply to you, to prepare a fee proposal or report, and to keep a record of the work. If you tick the box for occasional updates, you'll also get the odd email about Greg's work, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
When you call
Calls go straight to Greg's mobile. They aren't recorded.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit each page. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.
Google Ads
We sometimes advertise on Google. To know whether an ad is worth paying for, this site uses the Google tag, which sets cookies so Google can tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads went on to send an enquiry or tap the phone number. We see totals, not names. We don't send Google your name, email or phone number.
Google handles this under its own privacy policy, explained at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser's settings. The site works the same either way.
Keeping it, seeing it and correcting it
We keep your details for as long as we need them for your project and for our business and tax records. You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by emailing [email protected].
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell Greg first. If it isn't sorted out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
